On August 10th, Whimsy Stamps released our August rubber designs and new dies. Today we are hosting a blog hop to celebrate this release and to share creations made using these 15 fabulous new Rubber Stamps and 3 wonderful new Shapeology Dies. Today is also the release of the second issue of the Whimsy Stamps Inspirations Magazine! The magazine features never before seen samples and tutorials from our DT members as well as some creations from our customers and fans too! This issue is crammed full of crafty goodness and best of all it's FREE! The hop starts today (Wednesday August 17th at noon EST) and ends on Wednesday August 24th at noon EST.

I'm one of those prize draws!  I'm giving away the Retro Bottle Cap Sentiments set pictured below. I may be biased, but I really like this set.  The words are so fun and really remind me of good ol' soda pop bottles :)

Now, on to my creation for the hop! I almost didn't have a creation today!  I don't know what I would have done, maybe just do a digital version of a card or something, haha.  The magazine took up more time than I thought and of course, being the procrastinator that I am, I was scrambling to take care of things at the last minute.  It's a rather simple card, though the coloring does look better in the person.  I couldn't take a decent picture at all!

And and of course it'd probably be helpful if I mentioned the stamps, right?  For this card, I used Buggin' Drummer from KennyK and the Film Marker Sentiments.
