Whimsy Stamps April 2013 release - review day

I used Meljen's Designs' Little Baby Dragon.  It's so adorable!!  I also used some oldies, but goodies: a sentiment from the Welcome Baby Sentiments and the rattle die cut is from the Welcome Baby dies set.

Whimsy Stamps April 2013 Release Day blog hop!

Welcome to the Whimsy Stamps April 2013 rubber stamp and die release BLOG HOP!

Today, Whimsy Stamps has released some brand new Rubber Stamps & Stamp Sets, Whimsy Shapeology Dies, Shape EZ by TLC templates and Whimsy Designer Paper 6x6 packs. These new goodies are available to buy right now from the Whimsy Stamps store along with all your Whimsy favourites.

You may have noticed that we have changed our rubber release schedule this month. We are now hosting a 3-day new release event where we have a Sneak Peek Blog Hop on the day before the release (yesterday), a Release Day Blog Hop on release day (today), and finally a Review Day Blog Hop the day after the release (tomorrow).

Each blog hop has a prize of 2 new release stamps hidden somewhere along the way and you have 24hrs to enter each prize draw.

For today's release, I've used the new What a Loot, Mini Backgrounds, and Birthday Greetings stamps.  Isn't this elephant just adorable?!  The Birthday Greetings set is geared more towards greetings to put on the inside of cards.  It was a set suggested by our Whimsy DT member Ellie :)

For today's sneak, I've decided to make two cards.  This one uses an image from Moma's Collection from a set called Finally Spring.  All her flowers are so sweet.

The second card uses a fairy from the Wee Stamps Flower Fairies set.  I've also used a sentiment from the Fairy Fantasy Circle Postmarks set and glued it against a die cut from the Fancy Circle die.
